All lease guarantors and applicants 18 years of age and older need to complete an application.

What are the Income Requirements?
Generally, 50 times the monthly rent for applicants, and 80 times the monthly rent for guarantors. (Co-applicants may combine their income). *Credit history may affect the minimum income requirement for individual applicants.

What are the lease terms?
Adjusted seasonally, however, various length of lease terms is generally available with a variety of rental rates.

What forms of rent payment are accepted?
Acceptable forms of payment include: ACH payments, money order, cashier’s check, personal check, credit cards *additional fees may apply. Cash is not accepted.

How are roommate changes handled?
If a new leaseholder moves in, the new leaseholder and all remaining leaseholders must fill out an application and qualify according to income, credit and background information. If a roommate moves out, all remaining leaseholders may need to re-qualify according to income, credit, and background information.
