Ogden CAP Properties, LLC is seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a can-do attitude, this is an opportunity for you!
The role consists of, but is not limited to:
- Being the face of the office, the first to greet and interact with our clients
- Answer and respond to all initial leasing calls and online inquiries. Schedule and manage appointments accordingly within CRM
- Keep the front office organized and maintain thorough communication with all departments
- Excellent knowledge of buildings (pricing, amenities, floor plans, policies)
- Effectively manage shared inboxes and calendars for the leasing team
- Assist agents and clients with specific application ensuring a smooth process from tour to move-in
- Fully trained to successfully back-up agents
- Manage hospitality bar, application station and client experience & satisfaction
- Always provide A+ customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office [MRI software experience a plus]
