Immediate need for TEMPORARY (3-5 months) Full-Time Building Porters and Doorpersons to work in a vacation relief capacity. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including the overnight shift. Previous experience preferred. Pay is $19/hour.

Full Time Leasing Administrator: Hourly $20-25 (Weekends Required)
-Manage the reception desk and incoming clients
-Answer phone calls for leasing + Management
-Responds to initial leasing calls and online inquiries. Schedules -appointments accordingly in LM
-Knowledge of building (pricing, amenities, floorplans, policies)
-Manage shared email inboxes for Leasing Team
-Ad hoc projects assigned from Leasing Manager
-Assist agents with specific applications as requested
-Fully trained to successfully tour as back-up
-Manage hospitality bar + application station
Location(s)/ Schedule: Receptionist are required to work one weekend day Windsor/Biltmore (988 units) – 3 days | 151 E 31st Street Normandie Court (1443) – 2 days | 225 East 95th Street
