Ogden CAP Properties, LLC is seeking a Part Time Leasing Administrator to join our team.
The role consists of but not limited to the following:
Answer phone calls for leasing department
Respond to initial leasing calls and online inquiries. Schedules appointments accordingly
Knowledge of building (pricing, amenities, floorplans, policies)
Manage shared inboxes | calendar for leasing team
Assist agents & clients with specific application request
Fully trained to successfully back-up agents
Manage hospitality bar + application station
Provide A+ customer service
Proficient in Microsoft office [MRI software experience a plus]
Compensation & Hours | Competitive compensation
Location: Manhattan | In-person role 2-3 days a week, weekends required
